The Tasting Menu is a representation of my travels throughout Asia; Peranakan, Indonesian, Chinese, Thai and Japanese influences combined with interpretations of Filipino childhood memories.
The A la Carte Menu is “Californian”, a melding of cultures with an emphasis on seasonality and produce.
