Influences from sambals to California produce are thoughtfully absorbed and expressed, with each plate designed to stir emotion, whether comfort, nostalgia, or wonder. Intuition guides her kitchen. Dietary needs and special requests are met with empathy. As both a mother and a certified raw vegan chef, Rizzo adapts with precision and warmth. Her cooking evolves with time, grounded in a quiet, steady pursuit of excellence.

Mrs. Saldo’s”s Tasting Menu is a representation of my travels throughout Asia; Peranakan, Indonesian, Chinese, Thai and Japanese influences combined with interpretations of Filipino childhood memories.
Little Miss Saldo’s’s A la Carte Menu is a melding of cultures with an emphasis on seasonality and produce. The menu blends French-Californian, Asian, and New American influences — unapologetically centered on comfort food.
The Necessary offers quick bites, distinctive coffee creations in collaboration with Department of Coffee, and curated Asian-inspired cocktails.
Guests can also bring home our freshly baked sourdoughs, English muffins, pineapple buns, banana cake loaves, focaccias, and our signature bottled chili-garlic dip.
